Until when can we apply our team?
Application of a team will be possible until one (1) week prior to the event. The application process might be closed sooner should we reach our maximum team capacity limit. Once the application process is closed, you may still apply a team to the waiting list and will be notified if a space opens up. Application close and the instructions on how to apply to the waiting list will automatically appear on the application page (APPLY).


How many team can on company sponsor?
Each registered company can apply a maximum of 3 teams. Should your company wish to apply more, we will create a personalised cooperation package for you (a team-building sort of a thing). If you are more than three teams, please get in touch over e-mail at!


When is the application fee due?
Participation in the event must be confirmed by paying your participation fee on-time. The deadline is 18 May 2018. In the event that you fail to pay on time, your spot may be given to a team on the waiting list and you may lose your chance to participate.


Which information is required at time of application?
When applying, you are required to input the relay order of the runners in each team and their T-shirt sizes. We will print your company logos, therefore you are encouraged to send us your logo as soon as you apply and avoid causing any delays in print – thus minimising the occurrence of mistakes. Your logo should be in a vector-graphics format (outlines, curves: format .ai, .pdf, or .eps …).
